Should they really be called "Smart Cars"?

We went up to the Twin Cities last Saturday (4-12-09) and came across a very cool looking Smart Fortwo car in the Mall of America parking ramp. When I saw the Harley Davidson colors and logos, I knew we had to take a picture of this "bad a$$" car. The picture looks cool, but any kind of positive feelings towards these cars was quickly squashed when the IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety) released the following video: http://blog.oregonlive.com/commuting/2009/04/video_smart_car_jarringly_stup.html

People, do yourselves a favor and stay away from these things (and to be fair, the Honda Fit and Toyota Yaris didn't do much better, but they didn't go airborn like a helicopter). -Mark
